Les White - Founder, CEO and Principal Resilience Coach

Les has qualifications and experience in education, executive and life coaching, health services development,
nurse training, health science, policy and planning, psychology and chaplaincy. He has worked overseas for more than a decade with governments and the private sector. He has more than 1200 hours coaching experience with doctors, nurses, teachers, ministers, lawyers and small business owners. His much loved key word is ‘empowerment’.

As CEO of Maximum Impact Professionals Pty Ltd, Les has a passion to see people living rich rewarding lives, freed from the hurt associated with divorce, depression, abuse and porn. He also leads a team writing and producing Group Coaching modules, much of which will be for use in non-English speaking contexts.

Les has a track record of coaching scores of teams as he has taught, consulted and managed medium to large projects both in Australia and in a number of overseas contexts. He has served on government health and social policy advisory committees. As such, he understands leadership, organisations and teams.

He has consulted for many large entities including the World Health Organisation,
Australian Heath Insurance Commission, World Vision, and AusAID in the area of vision alignment, policy development and organisational effectiveness in a number of Asian and Pacific nations. In addition, he has consulted on social and community program evaluation, leadership and human resource development, church and community development, and health system design and management.

Les' doctoral studies explored the role of incentives in implementing social policy.

Les is an Associate Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Executives and maintains registration as an educator. He is also a licensed minister, accredited with Chaplaincy Australia, accredited with Quit Victoria to run smoking cessation groups, and registered with PurposeDriven Australia.

Les has trained, commissioned, coached and supervised teams of volunteers for delivering various community care programs including for survivors of sexual abuse, for weight-loss, for improving self-esteem, for those wounded by separation and divorce, for those battling depression and for those from dysfunctional families.

So our team and I will listen to you and understand where you are coming from, explore various strategies with you, help you set realistic goals, encourage you, and hold you accountable for the results you desire.

Mel Leow - Partner, Marketing Manager and Business Coach
MBA, BCom, CPC (APC), Dip (WBC), Cert IV (TAA).

Mel brings to Maximum Impact Professionals almost 20 of Marketing, Business Leadership and Coaching. He began his career in Advertising (Ogilvy) before launching into Marketing, working with Leading Global Companies namely Colgate Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson and SCA Hygiene.

Post his Marketing stint, he was appointed to Head Up 3 other companies from Retail Promotions to Direct Marketing and to Telecommunications. In these various roles, he was responsible for the overall management, strategy/planning, business development and overall profitability of the business.

Kwon-do.

Dianne is passionate about helping people and organisations discover and realise their potential. 
With over 25 years as the co-owner of a successful engineering business, combined with a background in leadership development and education, Dianne Taylor has a wealth of experience to draw upon.  In addition to her business commitments, Dianne lectures in leadership and human resource management at Monash University, ensuring she stays up to date with new ideas and the latest research.  Her experience as a business owner combined with work experience across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors provides her with a unique perspective on business management – holistic, strategic and practical – which she brings to her work as a business and leadership coach, consultant, speaker and trainer.

Dianne is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Management, a Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI) and a member of the AHRI Special Interest Group on Learning & Development.  She is a Member of the International Coach Federation, Golden Key International (invitation only for top academic achievement) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Dianne serves on the Monash Economic Development Forum, an advisory board for Monash Council on business issues and is a mentor with AHRI and the Monash University Graduate School of Business.

Gerry Maguire - Associate Coach
MBA, BCom, CPC, CPA.

Gerry was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He holds an MBA from Deakin University. He completed his Certified Professional Coach Program with the International Coach Aacademy in 2007. He is a fellow of the CPA Australia and a lecturer in Business Finance at James Cook University.

In 1987, Gerry embarked on a career in the world of finance and commerce. He quickly advanced and held senior Management positions within the mining industry with BHPB Billiton and WMC Resources.These positions included being the senior finance manager for businesses with a turnover of $A500m.


Always seeking a challenge, Gerry followed his career path to such exciting locations as the outback Australia, San Francisco, the Canadian Arctic as well as tropical North Queensland. 


Gerry’s ability to
thrive in diverse communities and embrace adventure makes him a powerful motivator.

Gerry is driven to experience all that life has to offer. 
This includes running marathons, actively parenting three fantastic children with his wife, Liz, and participating in corporate boardrooms. The common theme in Gerry’s life experiences has been meeting and working with people from different cultural and demographic backgrounds. He has learnt much from the people that he has met and shared his own skills and philosophies to impact their lives. He has also shown determination and resourcefulness to achieve his goals including living and working in different countries and running a sub three hour marathon.

Pete Aldin - Associate Coach

Pete is a Graduate of CoachU’s Core Essentials Program, under Pamela Richarde (then global President of the International Coach Federation) and Jennifer Corbin (then Global President of CoachU).

In his free time, he loves to write and is into science fiction, board games and cracking jokes with his sons. Pete's greatest success in life has come from empowering others to succeed.

Daniella Dhillon - Administration Team Leader

Daniella completed a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University and is currently a member of the Golden Key Society. Further to her academic pursuits, Daniella has also completed a Certificate IV in TV Acting and Drama, and a Certificate IV in Basic Pastoral Ministry. She enjoys diversifying her knowledge base to balance all aspects of life.

Daniella was born and grew up overseas and understands the cultural issues and re-entry process that many people face in our unique multicultural society. She has been actively involved in a 2nd generation migrant ministry known as Jumpstart, to "empower young Asians to unleash their potential".

Working a variety of organisations such as IBM Australia, AXA Australia and AGL, Daniella understands the work-life demands of the corporate world and seeks to empower others to regain their dreams, despite the pressures of the rat race.
