Forum Coaching


There is such power in declaring one's intention out loud, but it is so much more powerful putting your decision in print! Why? It takes ‘real’ courage and commitment to post your intentions before your peers, even when they are anonymous. It's the same courage it takes to speak in public, to entertain on a stage and to make binding 'wedding vows.'  Internet savvy professionals are increasingly going on-line, not only to remain informed, but also to find and passionately commit to solutions.

To be Australia’s Premier On-line Coaching Community for Professionals, MIP’s offers this innovative approach where the member - coach dialogue continues in a discrete individual Coaching Forum. In the case of Group Coaching, those (and only those) registered for the particular Group Coaching module, have access to that particular Forum. As you work and reflect on Surveys and Impact Tools, you post your intentions and celebrate your successes with your group in your own forum. The interchange of ideas with others in the group facing the similar issues is so empowering.

Forum Coaching provides a moral imperative for moving beyond a mere intellectual preoccupation with moving forward. MIP has a Public Forum where both registered visitors and paid up Member can have their say on Poll topics, TeleSeminars, Surveys and Tools. MIP also has scores of dedicated Member Forums – for each of the eight Growth Groups, for each of the Hope Groups and each of the Resilience Groups and for other Coaching packages. 

The more you post your insights, issues and intentions, personal progress and encouragement for others on your forum, the faster YOU get on track with work-life effectiveness. MIP Coaches scan their Forums frequently to encourage their members and monitor their progress. Members access their Forum(s) from their Member Dashboard. We encourage you to post regularly [even daily] under six headings after asking yourself, “What will help MY progress and the progress of those [if any] in MY GROUP?” And let it be said kindly, please do not bore, or worse, traumatize other participants, by all the gory details and excuses which have stopped you reaching your potential.
